- Money Transfer Fees
Funds to repay any existing mortgage(s) or on receiving a new mortgage if sent by electronic money transfer will attract a fee of £30 +VAT per transfer. - Title Information
It may be necessary on either sale or purchase to obtain official copy documentation from the land registry. A charge of approximately £12 per title is charged by the land registry. - SDLT (Stamp Duty)
This will be charged on the purchase price of any purchase at the statutory rate which will be set out in a written quotation of costs sent to you at the outset. - Land Registry Fees
This is the cost of registration of the title and your ownership at the land registry and charged on a scale set by the land registry on an annual basis. This will be set out in a written quotation of costs sent to you at the outset. - Searches
We have assumed that the Home Information Pack (HIP) is available containing all relevant HIP searches in an acceptable form. If a HIP is not available or in an unacceptable form then additional costs in the region of £300 will be incurred.
